2. Platform Usage
You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information when creating an account. The use of the platform for illegal purposes, identity theft, or the generation of fake appointments will result in immediate and permanent account suspension.
3. Appointment and Cancellation Policies
Patients can cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty, unless the healthcare professional specifies otherwise on their profile. Repeated no-shows may lead to temporary bans.
4. Privacy and Data

5. Limitation of Liability
QuHealthy acts exclusively as a technological facilitator. We will not be liable for medical negligence, incorrect prescriptions, or direct disputes arising between the patient and the healthcare provider. In the event of a medical emergency, you must immediately contact local emergency services (e.g., 911), and not use our platform.
