General Terms and Conditions of Use

QuHealthy is a comprehensive healthcare technology platform connecting Patients, Healthcare Professionals and Clinics (PROVIDER), Foundations and Non-Profit Assistance Organizations (FOUNDATION), and Medical Suppliers and Distributors (SUPPLIER). By creating an account or using the platform, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions. QuHealthy provides digital infrastructure and does not practice medicine, nor is it responsible for the clinical judgment of practitioners, the assistance allocation choices of foundations, or the manufacturing quality of supplies distributed by suppliers.

The platform operates under a flexible multi-role model where a single account or organization can activate distinct capabilities: • Patients / Consumers: Booking appointments, teleconsultations, Health Vault record keeping, and FoundationVouchers redemption. • Doctors & Clinics (PROVIDER): Independent clinical practice, digital prescriptions under NOM-004-SSA3, medical records, and internal clinic asset management (CMMS). • Foundations (FOUNDATION): Operating assistance programs, managing CURP-validated beneficiary registries, and issuing administrative healthcare vouchers (FoundationVouchers) under the strict principle of NO third-party funds custody by QuHealthy. • Medical Suppliers (SUPPLIER): Commercial distribution of medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and biomedical devices with verified COFEPRIS registrations, batch/lot tracking with expiration alerts, tiered wholesale B2B pricing, formal RFQ quotes, equipment leasing with serial number tracking and security deposits, and cold chain IoT telemetry.

Medical appointments may be canceled with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty. FoundationVouchers represent administrative healthcare subsidy orders linked to prescription or consultation tracking folios for tax deductibility and SAT auditability. Formal B2B quotations issued by suppliers include 16% VAT, freight costs, and agreed payment terms (Net 30, Net 15), becoming binding Purchase Orders (PO) upon approval.

Sensitive clinical information is secured with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit under NOM-004-SSA3 and LFPDPPP standards. The Clinical Sovereignty protocol (Health Data Sharing) ensures that no third party, doctor, or foundation director may access records, prescriptions, or laboratory studies without express, time-bounded, and granular consent from the patient. QuHealthy acts exclusively as an infrastructure facilitator. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuHealthy assumes no direct liability for medical diagnoses, commercial disputes between suppliers and healthcare facilities, leasing deposit withholdings, or socioeconomic determinations made by foundation social workers. In a medical emergency, users must contact 911 or local emergency services immediately.

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Mexico. Any dispute or claim arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sinaloa, Mexico, waiving any other jurisdiction.

QuHealthy reserves the right to periodically update these Terms to reflect technological enhancements or regulatory changes. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or registered email with at least 15 days' advance notice.
