El presente Aviso de Privacidad regula el tratamiento de datos personales de la plataforma tecnológica denominada comercialmente "QuHealthy", la cual es propiedad y es operada legalmente por Marcos Sandoval Ruiz, quien es una persona física con actividad empresarial debidamente registrada ante las autoridades fiscales de México.
In strict compliance with the provisions enshrined in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its Regulations and derivative guidelines, QuHealthy, a platform operated by Marcos Sandoval Ruiz, extends this Comprehensive Privacy Notice for the benefit and knowledge of our Users and Healthcare Professionals.
Marcos Sandoval Ruiz (operator and natural person with business activity responsible for the 'QuHealthy' brand), with face-to-face operational control headquarters in Mexico City, hereinafter 'The Controller', serves as the official entity in charge of collecting, safeguarding, processing, or revoking your IT, personal, and sensitive biomedical/clinical data.
For IT transactional purposes of Telemedicine records and Clinical Records, the Platform assimilates the mandatory stipulations raised in the country's regulations, including, without limitation, NOM-024-SSA3-2012 for Electronic Clinical Records (ECE) of the National Health System and the guide on COFEPRIS and Ministry of Health guidelines. All interfaces pursue encrypted regulations comparable in degree to international level directives (e.g., HIPAA guidelines).
We actively identify, collect, and process various types of your information, whether captured from a direct, indirect, or observed source: - Physical and Digital Identification Data: First name, pseudonyms, RFC, CURP (as applicable), video call image, and IP device metadata. - Contact and Billing Data: Residential delivery address, current email, phone number, and standardized tax record. - SENSITIVE CLINICAL and Patrimonial Data: History of ailments, hereditary and individual pathologies, organic prognosis and information, allergies and formulated prescriptions, as well as numerical codes for fund dispersion or bank cards. We comprehensively understand and guard such dimensions under strict explicit controls due to their intimate nature.
The unalienable primary purposes for legal perfection with the Controller encompass: (a) Validation of profiles and identities (KYC). (b) The tech and programmatic orchestration face-to-face, remote (video) or asynchronous to allow clinical consultations. (c) The processing, bank capture, billing, and operational dispatch of management to providers. The accessory secondary purposes, over which the User is full owner of subsequent refusal without compromising their consultations, include: Targeted marketing of integrated medical services, novelties notifications (newsletters), Big Data compilation and creation and public health statistics (generalized and NON-nominative algorithmic data-mapping) for market analytical purposes.
Your personal data, particularly those classified as sensitive (pathological state), WILL NOT BE COMMERCIALIZED, SOLD OR LICENSED TO THIRD PARTIES alien to the base or operative provision. We will only share data and corporately justified transfers to the following related elements: (a) Healthcare Providers and Clinics: Specialists explicitly cited or authorized through the proprietary Scheduling software.
